John Fredriksen’s Hemen Holding Ltd acquired Monday two million Seadrill shares. It is stated in a notice Tuesday.
The shares were purchased at a price of 179.17 million or a total of 358.34 million dollars.
In connection with Tor Olav Trøims and John Fredriksen divorced team in the summer, the Trøims have received three million shares of Golar LNG and two million shares of Seadrill.
Analysis Manager at Netfonds, Roger Berntsen, does not exclude that there may be some clauses that make John Fredriksen now taken back Seadrill shares from Trøims.
– It would not surprise me if John Fredriksen has taken back Seadrill shares from Trøims. It does not seem like a happy divorce, and there may be clauses and that type of thing, says Berntsen to Hegnar.no.

Another option could be that Trøims dumped 2,000,000 shares in the market to see if Fredriksen picked them up.
Hegnar.no Tuesday morning has attempted to obtain Tor Olav Trøims, but have not succeeded.
