Warns against "free samples" on the net – DinSide

Your page The Swedish Consumer Agency warns to order sample products and complimentary products from a number of companies on the internet, which subsequently draws money from customers’ credit cards.

  • Norwegian Forbrukkerrådet says to DinSide that they received some complaints about the first two companies.

    Problem in Norway

    More Norwegian consumers, however, has experienced similar problems when ordering try products from other companies. DinSide mentioned last year companies FormLife and Formezones, which operated in this way.

    Another company that has created much trouble for Norwegian consumers, the company Uno Life , which appeared high up in the list of inquiries to the Consumer Council in the first half of 2014 recently received the firm a million claims from the Consumer Ombudsman due to multiple violations of the Marketing Act.

    But UnoLife shall not be the only firm that creates problems for Norwegian consumers.

    19 ENQUIRIES: The Consumer Council has received 19 inquiries concerning Beaudify.

     especially from women. The requests concerned including ordering goods from Beaudify, Nutraskintotal and Beautycarehaus, where consumers have been drawn up to $ 100 a month, about 600 million, in fact.

    According to the Consumer Council, they received 19 inquiries concerning Beaudify, and one call at each of the other two companies.

    Besides, you can get help from the bank.

    – If you have paid by credit card, you can complain to the bank, if the seller does not fulfill its part of the deal, says Halsos.
