Brokers will have paid more for the job – HegnarOnline

Sharp competition for residential customers presses estate agents commissions downwards. Private broker will work to charge more for their services, newspaper Dagens Næringsliv.

– We want to take us well paid for the services we provide and jobs actually to raise commissions ours, because we want to give a more personalized supervision and facilitation and believe it can provide multiple stakeholders, multiple bidders and a better price per unit. We’d rather have fewer customers and take a better price, said Chief of PRIVATmegleren, Grethe W. Meier said.

Private broker who operated on franchise basis, set last year again with a profit before tax of 12 , NOK 9 million. Enterprises in the chain had last year an average profit margin of nearly 17 percent.

– But I think I can say with hand on heart that the profitability ratio that we have is the best in the industry. And the numbers just keep going, it’s entirely Texas housing market now, says Meier.
