Eiliv Gjesdal at Kvaerner resigns as CFO.
According to an announcement from the company he seeks new challenges outside Kvaerner.
– Eiliv Gjesdal started as CFO of Kvaerner since the company was spun off from Aker Solutions in 2011. During a period of five years, he has made a significant contribution to Kvaerner’s development and financial management. He has been an important part of our management team, and have given strong support to our colleagues, says CEO Jan Arve Haugan in Kvaerner.
Idar Eikrem has been appointed new CFO and will assume the position on April 5. He will get support from Gjesdal during a transitional period until 30 June.
Eikrem has also been CFO of Aibel and Canadian Synenco Energy.
