Three brothers lost 870 million. Last year – OBI Online

The brothers Sverre Erik and Jan Henry Farstad lost 870 million crowns on the crisis in the offshore industry for last year, writes DN. It happened through SUNNMØRINGEN jointly owned company Tyrholm & amp; Farstad AS.

– It’s a big number. Farstad family shares in Farstad is located in the company, they have a stake in Farstad Shipping of 40 percent. That means we get such staggering figures, says CEO Jan Arve Hoseth in Tyrholm & amp; Farstad AS.

Farstad Shipping lost two billion kroner last year. The family’s share of this loss is 882 million.

– There are tough times in the market, but forwarding company Tyrholm & amp; Farstad going well. The large deficit in the company because we make consolidated, which results from Farstad Shipping is included in the result for the group, says Hoseth to DN.
