Lindorff and Intrum Justitia will merge – Hegnar Online

Lindorff and Intrum Justitia will merge to create the industry’s largest provider of inkassotjenester, disclosed it in a message.

According to the message will the merger create shareholder value through annual cost synergies of approximately 0.8 billion Swedish kronor, as well as significant inntektssynergier.
