Despite the positive ending Friday, this week the worst week on Wall Street since the beginning of February.
S & amp; P 500 rose 0.3 percent to 2,047, 60 but fell 1.2 percent this week. Also Dow Jones ended down 1.2 percent this week, but rose 0.2 percent to 17.575.96 Friday.
Technology Heavy Nasdaq rose marginal 0.05 percent Friday but ended the week down 1.3 percent.
– One sees concerns about slower growth and that higher oil prices could affect consumer purchasing power, says investment strategist Kate Warne in Edward Jones MarketWatch.com.
Gap Inc. fell back 13.9 percent.
