We produce less oil, but more than forecasts – OBI Online

Preliminary production figures for March 2016 show an average daily production of 2.012 million barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, NPD reports.

There is a decrease of 51,000 barrels per day (about 2.5 percent) compared February 2016. the total gas sales were 11.2 billion standard cubic meters (GSm 3 ), which is 0.7 GSm 3 more than the previous month.

liquids production in March were distributed as follows: 1.59 million barrels of oil, 382,000 barrels of NGLs and 36,000 barrels of condensate on average per day. Oil production is about 4 percent of production in March last year.

Oil production is about 0.5 percent of the NPD’s forecast for March 2016.
