– Artificial many homes up for sale

has lately been a slight rise in house prices in Stavanger, but Halvorsen believes this is only due to people waiting for the longest time putting down prices of homes that have already been put up for sale.

– The housing market in Stavanger is influenced by the downturn in the oil and gas industry. There is a wait-and-see attitude among sellers and buyers. We see that there is now artificially many homes up for sale. When the market adjusts to the realities, housing prices will go down in Stavanger, that we are confident, says Halvorsen.
