Tax Administration: Found 14 billion that was not taxed – Aftenposten

When Scheel Committee submits its report on the Norwegian tax system should be designed in the face of a global economy in the fall, the selection must come with good answers on how the state should be able to tax the multinational companies operating in Norway, says tax director Hans Christian Holte to Today’s Business.

In Thursday’s edition of the newspaper writes Holte in a post that the Tax Administration found 14 billion for the agency’s opinion should have been taxed when it was these companies in detail in 2012 and 2013.

– There is a large number that shows that we have to use force to follow the transfer pricing area, said Holte said.

He shows how multinationals leads expenses in countries where they operate, and where taxes are high, as in Norway. Simultaneously there is income in countries with low taxation.

“This gives an unfair distribution of the tax burden and competition. The legitimacy as well as the loyalty of the tax system is threatened, “writes Holte post. (© NTB)
