LONDON : Over the last tomåndersperiode is recorded sales of 103 new homes on the South Coast. That’s 23 percent fewer than in the previous tomåndersperiode, according to figures from Econ New homes. They make economic analysis and has seen new housing market in Norway.



Nine percent

– sales represent only nine percent of the homes that have been for sale during the period. This is by far the lowest sale valuation of all regions in the country, writes Econ in its latest report.

The South Coast was sales pace highest in Kristiansand Vest with 14 percent. The turnover rate was lowest in Kristiansand East and Aust-Agder by 8 percent.



996 unsold

In August, there were 996 unsold units in the statistics. In June, 1,047 homes unsold. The difference appears in that 103 homes have been sold, while 52 new homes have come between the two censuses.

The proportion of unsold homes is at its lowest in Kristiansand west by 37 percent. Most are in Vest-Agder Kristiansand off by 55 percent.

The low sales have not stopped inflation. Average price per square meter for all homes in southern Norway is 38.200 million. It is 1.1 percent higher than in June.

Sørmegleren the project broker who has the most homes in Econ database for the south with a market share of 28 percent. College Building AS with most homes of developers with a market share of 12 percent.
