French economy grows more than expected – OBI Online

French GDP grew 0.3 percent on a quarterly basis in Q4 2015. On an annual basis GDP grew by 1.4 percent.

According to Bloomberg and TDN Finans was previously expected an increase of 0.2 percent on a quarterly basis and 1.3 percent annually.

the consumer price index in France was up 0.2 percent on a monthly basis in February and down 0.2 percent on an annual basis.

beforehand, it was expected that consumer prices would be up 0.4 percent on a monthly basis. On an annual basis, prices were expected to remain unchanged.
