Polarcus buy a package with streamers from Dolphin Geophysical to $ 11.5 million or 96.6 million kroner, according to a recent stock exchange announcement on Tuesday.
The package contains twelve 8,100 meter active streamers, and is within the company’s guided operating investments.
the acquisition will be partly financed by a loan of eight million US dollars or about NOK 67.2 million, which, according to the message also will improve the company’s cash flow in 2016.
