- Rokke cabin is by far the toughest – Romsdals Budstikke

– The right person will probably be willing to give between 50 and 70 million for the cottage to Kjell Inge Røkke in Oppdal. I’m sure he could have managed to sell the place to Gjelsten or someone else in their system for so much.

It says a prolific real estate capital. The person working in the luxury segment, has knowledge of Rokke’s cabin in Oppdal, but do not want to come forward with names.

Hard to set

Other agencies believe it is difficult to estimate how much the lodge is worth, simply because there are too few buyers in this market. Construction costs are previously estimated at around 200 million, writes Capital.

– Røkke place is so big and special and costly built that it is almost impossible to put a price, says a broker Capital talked to.

Camping complex, built in several stages, is now closer to 2,500 square meters. According to Kapital’s property as cottage stands at around 30 goals.

– The decidedly awesome

Look and Listen has also written that the lodge has 32 toilets, swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and much opulent luxury. The estimated value of between 70 and 80 million.

Head of Department for Real Estate 1 Oppdal, Stian Knutsen, told Capital that he will not give any estimate of the cabin to Kjell Inge Røkke, but believe whatever it is in the absolute top echelon in Norway:

– Rokke cabin is by far the toughest in New York City and in the country, both in terms of the number of square meters and the craft of the buildings.
