Cameron will continue to have close relations with the EU – iTromsø

On Tuesday evening shall Cameron explain about brexit when he meets EU Heads of State and Government to a work dinner in conjunction with the EU summit in Brussels.

– I’ll explain that Britain will leave the EU, but I want the process to be as constructive as possible, and I hope the outcome could be as constructive as possible, said the British prime minister told reporters when he came to the summit.

– Although we leave the EU, we must not turn its back on Europe, said Cameron.

– This is our neighbors, our allies and our partners, and I hope we will apply against such a close relationship as possible in terms of trade, cooperation and security. It is best for us, and it is best for them, he said. (© NTB)
