Bank Manager: – We have no exposure to oil – OBI Online

European banks are struggling, and quarterly enters weaker than ever.

During yesterday’s broadcast let Trygve OBI emphasized that there was pressure on European banks and that it was feared that they have not taken into account for the consequences of the oil price decline.

We asked Thursday’s guest, CEO of Oak Group, Hege Toft Karlsen how they relate to the decline in the oil market?

– We’re watching what happens and considering the situation. But in our market with 80 per cent exposure to the retail market and no exposure directly in oil, then we’re not directly exposed, CEO of Oak Group, Hege Toft Karlsen.

– We will be via the action in the market, she quickly added.

Oak boss could tell that none of the bank’s customers operate directly contractor to the oil or oil service industry.

– We are in less and small businesses, says Toft Karlsen. Minor and small defines her as companies with under 20 employees.

– We do not see the same concern on direct exposure, but we see it in financial markets, continued Toft Karlsen.

– We have no exposure to oil, stressing Hege Toft Karlsen.

Trygve Hugin adds that they must be the only bank in Norway does not have an ear exposure to oil.
