Netfonds Bank and analysis Roger Berntsen think Oslo Børs open down 0.54 percent today:

– The American stock markets fell 1.5% on Monday night, which may come to characterize the European bourses today. In Asia, however, the major indexes ended mixed. Otherwise there is little new to report from the financial world in the past day, other than that most stock indexes are still in correction mode, according to a recent update from the bank.

Miserable in Asia. It’s mixed performance on the stock exchanges in Asia Tuesday. In Tokyo in Japan, where the stock exchange was closed Monday, the Nikkei index down 1.9 percent.

Elsewhere in the region dominates the plus signs. Hang Seng in Hong Kong climbs 0.7 percent, while the Shanghai Composite index stands at plus 0.1 percent. Straits Times in Singapore and Kospi in South Korea climbs 0.2 percent.

Gloomy on Wall Street. Dow Jones knocked down and fell just under the lowest level from August 7th at 16,333.78. It fell 1.35 percent to 16,321.07. Nasdaq fell 1.46 percent to 4,213.66. While S & amp; P 500 fell 1.65 percent to 1,874.74.

Volatility and fear index VIX rose 16 percent to 25.64 and then it has more than doubled since September 19.

For each share step on the NYSE were two stocks that fell. The Nasdaq fell nearly a half share for each that rose.

9 of the 10 most traded stocks on the Nasdaq fell, with Tesla down 5.2 percent to $ 224.6 and Apple down 0.91 percent to 99 , $ 81. Yahoo fell 3.1 percent and Microsoft fell 0.86 percent to 43.65 percent.

Facebook rose 0.11 percent to $ 72.99.

The NYSE was also 9 of the 10 most traded shares fell, with Twitter down 3.8 percent to $ 48.49.

Fresh oil fell 80 cents to $ 84.9, while Brent fell to $ 88.61 and went with both oil companies and oil service.

Increase the Oslo Stock Exchange. The main index of the Oslo Stock Exchange rose 0.51 percent to 555.49 points Monday, and it was traded securities close below 4.2 billion.
